PRESIDENT + CEO
Justin serves as the President and CEO for Streamline Event Agency. With over 18 years of experience in entertainment and events, his passion is creating and executing events for our clients while developing new client relationships. Justin and his wife Wendi have been married since 2001. They reside in Franklin, TN with their 3 children and 2 dogs. On his downtime, he can be found creating culinary delights for his family or cheering on his favorite teams.
With over 5 years of experience in event and project management, Lauren’s strong organization and innate attention to detail promote thoughtful planning and execution. Through trust and communication, she focuses on cultivating relationships and inspiring a sense of shared purpose within the project team. Lauren is a creative thinker, an aesthetics enthusiast, a self-proclaimed Harry Potter fanatic, and an all around go-getter with a quirky sense of humor. Along with her musician husband, Lauren enjoys exploring the distinctive tastes, sites, and sounds of Nashville. Yet, she maintains strong roots in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania where much of her immediate family resides.
Director of Production
Chad started his career in the race capital of the world with mega events such as the half a billion attended Indianapolis 500 and Super Bowl 46. Chad’s career extended into the racing and entertainment markets during his time producing Firestone and Bridgestone events, and then providing Technical Direction to one of Nashville’s largest independent production companies. Chad’s vast technical knowledge and calm demeanor while maintaining the ability to oversee multiple projects and keep the attention to details and event experiences set him apart from the rest. Now days if he is not busy producing industry leading events, you can be sure to find him on a boat or on the shores, but always with a fishing pole in hand.
Born and raised in Denver Colorado, Greg made the move to Nashville to pursue a career in music. After 5 years of managing artists and tours he joined Streamline Event Agency. Greg brings an incredible sense of detail and flow to our team – his experience on the road with artist and touring personnel sets him apart from peers in his field as completely unflappable. As one of Streamline’s event managers, Greg oversees many projects and supervises production teams on our live events, for both artists and companies. He enjoys snowboarding, good food, and cycling.
As a lifelong performer, Brooks Parker has spent decades exploring the many facets of the entertainment and event industry. After graduating from Belmont University, he spent two years as a Music & Talent Coordinator for the Gospel Music Channel before finding a home at JKC Artist Group. Parker was instrumental in the career management of multi-platinum GRAMMY-Award winning recording artist Amy Grant. Parker transitioned into the role of sales manager with Streamline Event Agency in January 2018. He makes his home in Nashville with his wife, Chelsea, and children, Harlow and Benning.
BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT CONSULTANT
Don Donahue is a multi-faceted industry veteran – a talent scout, label president, artist manager and booking agent, executive producer of a global talent search for Avon Cosmetics, tour producer, and live event executive. He believes the platform of live entertainment is a valuable tool for education and creative reinforcement of content. Don believes Streamline Event Agency is in a prime position to lead the industry connecting the many facets of live entertainment to the masses. Don spends his free time with his wife of 23 years and their 5 children.
David is a graduate of Greenville College where he majored in the music industry. After two years of working on large scale events across the country, David joined Streamline in the fall of 2016. He brings with him a love of quality, and a passion for win-win partnerships. He and his wife Maggie hail from the Pittsburgh area and are avid fans of all their black and gold teams. David enjoys playing piano and songwriting, with or without an audience.
Melodie Cooper came to Nashville by way of Oklahoma in 2012 with her eyes fixed on a career in entertainment. Her focus has always been on supporting the client with her reliability and work-ethic. She joined our team as a production assistant amidst a very busy season of multiple events and has blended in seamlessly to our Streamline team. Melodie is a shining star around our office, and projects.
Production + Project Assistant
Kristen is a Louisiana native with a passion for music, family, and faith. As a traveling musician herself, Kristen utilizes her personal experiences in approaching her work with an entrepreneurial drive and empathetic artist perspective. Seamlessly swapping between the Events and Touring teams, Kristen adapts to serve in a plethora of roles. Most weekends you can find her playing at churches and events across the country as a duo worship act with her twin sister Kellie.
Chad began his career in lighting and scenic production working for a worldwide television-broadcasting network. He expanded into concert tours and recorded video products. His extraordinary skill developing scenic elements with video content and projection created continuity with his lighting and stage design. His work has been featured in live musicals and corporate events, broadcast television, concerts, and installations. Chad’s broad scope brings big picture production value to our clients.
Michele began her career with the international accounting firm Ernst & Young. Her experience spans both publicly and privately held companies in finance, manufacturing, and the music industry. After leaving Ernst & Young, Michele continued to work with clients, providing day to day consulting and bookkeeping services, and has been involved in startup companies through the years. She has extraordinary skills developing business strategies to grow companies. Michele lives with her husband and three children in Franklin, TN.
Jennifer is a native of Baltimore, MD and graduated from Mount Saint Mary’s University with degrees in Accounting and Spanish. Her early career as an auditor with Deloitte and Ernst & Young took her from Washington, DC, to Denver, CO, to Nashville, TN. After she left public accounting, she spent two years as a Sr. Revenue Accountant for AT&T Wireless in Atlanta, GA. Jennifer’s skills are invaluable to Streamline Event Agency. She and her husband live in Franklin with their five children.
