A download speed of 10Mbps or higher is recommended for viewing streaming material. While material will still be assessable and viewable with slower speeds, video quality and buffer times may be affected. To check your internet speeds, follow the instructions below.

  1. Open your preferred internet browser and navigate to www.speedtest.net
  2. As soon as the web page loads, click the “Begin Test” button. It may take a few moments to test the ping, download, and upload speeds.

  • Close any other browsing windows and apps that use bandwidth
  • Do not browse the web, download files, or send large attachments while you are viewing the stream
